How long does it to take to ship my Order?

Most orders will ship out from our fulfillment centers within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, a email with a link for tracking your order will be sent once we’ve packed and shipped your order.

Can I place my order on hold to be delivered after a certain date?

As long as your order hasn’t already shipped, we can put a hold on your order for up to 14 days until you’re ready for us to send it! Just leave us a message in the order notes section, or reach out to our customer service team to get this set up.

Do you ship internationally?

  • We ship our products worldwide using major logistics (DHL, FedEx, UPS) companies.
  • Low Value Small Articles are shipped by Indiapost.
  • International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and fees!
  • Shipping times and shipping rates may depend on the location of the shipment address and the size of the item(s) being shipped. 

My estimated delivery window has passed and my order hasn’t yet arrived - what should I do?

First, check the tracking link we sent you -- the source of the delay may be on Shipping or carrier’s end, and you can contact them about what may be happening with your shipment. Of course, you’re also always welcome to give us a call so we can give you an update on your order!

RETURNS:

If I choose to return my order, what happens next?

Just send us an email at info@shoptreed.com with your request for a return! We’ll reply with your return authorization number and all the details you’ll need to return your order.

What is your Return Policy

We will accept returns on any item WITHIN 14 DAYS of being delivered to you. We cannot accept a return on an item after 14 days have passed.

Check your item as soon as you receive it! You have 48 hours to inspect your item(s) and notify us of any damage or defect. We cannot honor any claims of damage after 48 hours after delivery.

Can I cancel an order?

Sure! Just notify us as soon as possible and we can cancel it for a full and immediate refund. We are unable to cancel your order if it has shipped, and we will then treat the cancellation as a return instead.

Your returns must be in unused and like-new condition, and must be returned in original packaging. Any items returning without original packaging are subject to a 30% repacking fee. We will supply photo evidence of any item returned in damaged condition.

How much is return shipping?

What should I do if my shipment is damaged/defective?

If anything shows up damaged or in less-than-perfect shape, please let us know! Take some pictures of the problem areas and send them along to us at info@shoptreed.com. We’ll be glad to help you from there with any replacements or repairs you may need!
